Late Returns and Extensions.

If you plan to extend your car rental period, please, do so at the time of pick-up to avoid delayed responses, insurance problems and late fees. Please contact us if you are going to be late. When you return the car, please, come to the counter to pay your late fees. Extra rental fees and insurance charges will apply. In addition, you might have to return to our car rental agency to switch cars if your car has been booked by another person ahead of time. Vehicle rentals and returns are only available during our working hours (7 days a week from 08:00 to 20:00).

IF YOU DON’T NOTIFY US ABOUT BEING LATE, A 20,000 KRW PENALTY FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY EXTRA HOUR!

If you return the vehicle late without any notification, be advised that your insurance will not be valid during this period and the driver will be fully responsible for any damage the vehicle sustains.
