Please read before renting a car
Cancellation Policy
 
  • If the rental contract is not concluded even after 1 hour of the scheduled rental time, the reservation is considered cancelled. In this case, the rental fee will not be refunded.
  • If the customer cancels the reservation 24 hours before the scheduled rental time due to his/her own circumstances, the rental fee will be refunded in full.
  • If the customer cancels the reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled rental time due to his/her own circumstances, the rental fee will not be refunded.
  • If the contract cannot be concluded due to force majeure such as a natural disaster after the reservation, the company will return the rental fee to the customer.
