Please read before renting a car
Cancellation Policy
 
  • If the reservation is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled rental date due to customer's circumstances, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded. However, if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date, the deposit will not be refunded. (Chapter 2, Article 3 of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Automobiles)
  • The customer may cancel the rental contract even during the rental period by consulting with the company. However, if the rental contract is canceled due to the customer's circumstances, the customer must pay 10% of the rental fee for the remaining rental period to the company. when the rental contract is cancelled the company has to return the rental fee excluding 10% (Chapter 2, Article 7, Article 8 of the Standard Terms and Conditions for Automobiles) If the contract cannot be concluded due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, the company will return the deposit to the customer.
  • Other terms and conditions are subject to the standard car rental terms and conditions.
